ApSL-4™ Seminar
Because of the science based physical principles inherent in SubLevel Kenpo™, the information is applicable to any martial art style. This is what is called an Applied SL-4™, (ApSL-4™) seminar. In these lectures we will address physical principles to increase the efficacy of stances, blocks, strikes and kicks. Additionally, we will examine lesser known martial science principles contained within the Autonomic Nervous System. These include Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (P.N.F.), Startle Reflex Exploitation™, Visual Cortex Disruption Theory™, to name a few. Ed Parker’s Kenpo Seminar
If you train in Ed Parker’s Kenpo, this seminar is similar to the ApSL-4 Seminar. However, because SubLevel Kenpo™ derives its origins from Ed Parker’s Kenpo Teachings, there will be the addition of very specific application to its common self-defense techniques. Book now!

BioMatrix Maintenance™
In this seminar self-defense and martial applications are taught with a focus placed on the internal, healing and regenerative aspects inherent within SubLevel Kenpo. You will learn how proper body alignment achieved through Dynamic Isometrics, while beneficial in martial applications, can and will have a positive affect on the human body and move it towards a state of homeostasis. SL-4 Defense™
This is a woman’s self-defense seminar series that I started teaching over ten years ago at my own school as well as for the YMCA. Woman usually encounter attackers of greater physical strength and/or stature – this is where Positive and Negative Martial Posture™ are focused. Most woman that have taken this course are amazed at the physical strength they never knew they possessed, and how easy it can be to extricate themselves from an attackers grasp when trained properly.
